Returns Policy

If you have changed your mind about your order and would like to return an item, or if an item arrives damaged after transit, we are happy to accept a return for refund or exchange within seven (7) days of the order being received. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original or similar packaging to ensure it does not get damaged while in transit.

Once we receive the item, we will process your refund for the product only. The original shipping costs will not be included in your refund. For continental U.S. residents (excluding Alaska and Hawaii), we will be happy to issue a prepaid return shipping label for your order.

If we do not receive the item, it is the customer’s responsibility to provide tracking information to prove the item was sent and delivered.

To return your order:

2. Include your email and order number
3. Tell us which product(s) you want to return and the reason

Refund Timeline

Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method. 
It takes between 5-10 business days for a refund to be credited back to the customer, depending on the customer’s bank processing times.
