Shipping & Delivery Policy
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from when they were received. Sometimes we can get your item in the mail the same day depending on circumstances. Business days do not include Saturday or Sunday, or any official holidays.
Please note that processing times may take a little longer during sales of holiday periods (3-5 business days.)
Shipping Methods
In the US, customers can select their preferred shipping rate and delivery time. We also ship to Canada and Mexico through our shipping partner UPS:
Domestic / United States
Express - 1-2 Business Days
Economy - 5-8 Business Days
* For all orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico, standard shipping may take an additional two weeks.
Canada and Mexico
Standard - 1-3 Business Days
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you, so you can track your parcel.
Shipping Times Estimates
We work with our shipping partners to provide the most accurate transit times, however, once we ship an item, the transit time is completely out of our control. We are happy, however, to assist with items that are not delivered within 30 days from the day you placed your order.
Holidays and Busy Times
During certain times of the year, particularly during the November/December holidays, we may be busy with high-order volume and our shipping partners might be experiencing delays. To make sure you receive your items by the desired time, please check any shipping notices and deadlines we might post on our website and make sure to place your order within the recommended timeframe.
Order Details and Delivery Address
Please ensure all personal and delivery details are correct before submitting your order. Orders begin the process of being fulfilled as soon as they are received and so we are not able to make changes once completed. This includes name, email, address, item purchased, discount codes, etc. BOUNDAWAY is not liable for orders sent to the wrong address.
Taxes
Boundaway charges a sales tax for all U.S. orders as mandated by local state governments.
